eEventStaffing respects your privacy. We collect personal information such as name, phone number, and contact details solely for the purpose of providing event-related services and communications you request.

Mobile phone numbers are used only to send transactional and informational SMS text messages related to event invitations, assignments, confirmations, and reminders.

eEventStaffing does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

eEventStaffing mobile app

The eEventStaffing app for iPhone and Android lets staff of companies that use eEventStaffing sign in with their mobile number, receive notifications, and read their messages. When you use the app we collect:

• Phone number, to send your sign-in code and find the staff accounts your companies have created for you.
• Name, from your staff record, shown in the app and on read receipts sent to the person who sent you a message.
• Message activity, such as when you open, archive, file or delete a message, so your inbox stays the same on every device and the sender can see that you read it.
• Device information: a random identifier the app creates for your device, the platform (iOS or Android), the app version, and a push notification token.

The app does not collect your location, contacts, photos, or payment information, contains no advertising, and does not track you across other apps or websites.

To deliver notifications, your push token and the notification's text are sent to Apple Push Notification service (iPhone) or Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android). We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. The companies you work for can see the messages they send you and whether you have read them.

All data is sent over encrypted connections. Your sign-in token is stored in your device's secure storage (Keychain on iPhone, Keystore on Android).

Deleting your data

Signing out of the app removes its data from your device and stops notifications to it. To have your app data deleted from our servers, see Delete your eEventStaffing app data.
