What We Do
Simply, we help clients staff their events by using automation. Once the event is entered into the system you can choose to invite the right staff for the position based on each persons qualifications or you can select to notify all the staff and let them chose which events they want to work. The simplicity of the system can save you many hours that would otherwise be spent calling and emailing staff to check their availability. Once the event is staffed the staff will get upcoming reminder notices about the event.

Step #1
Once the event is sold it will need to be entered in the system. The system will need to know what type of positions you are needing filled and how many staff you will need for each position.
Step #2
Once the event is entered you can invite the staff that have the right qualifications or send a notice out to all staff about a new opportunity to work.
Step #3
Once the event is completely staffed all staff assigned will get a confirmation notice that they have secured a position at the event. Further reminder notices will come in the form of emails and text messages as the event comes closer.
